Terms of Service

Usage Rights

You, the client:+ are only permitted to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes. The use of the artwork for any kind of profit is prohibited .+ are not permitted under any circumstances, to use the commissioned artwork for feeding and training Artificial Intelligence (AI) image generators and programs.+ are not permitted to use the commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

I, Burquillos:+ retain the copyright of the commissioned artwork.+ can use the commission for promotional activities such as sharing on social media, building my portfolio, and other types of marketing unless discussed otherwise.

General Terms

  • As much as possible, please provide VISUAL REFERENCES

  • I will NOT draw: Furries, Mecha, Gore, and extreme NSFW. Everything else is OK.

  • I may decline your commission request if I am not comfortable with the request or if the difficulty is beyond my current skill level.

Process and Delivery

  • The commission can take about 1-3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, and other work.

  • Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full-size resolution image.

  • There will be NO physical product.

Revisions

  • 3 rounds of revisions are included in the original price.

  • A fee will be added for every additional revision afterwards depending on the complexity and scope of the change.

Payments and Refunds

  • Payments will primarily be paid in USD through PayPal. Gcash or Bank Transfer in Philippine Peso is available for clients in the Philippines.

  • All payments are non refundable unless:

  • I have not yet begun with your commission.

  • I am not able to complete your commission within 6 weeks or the time agreed upon.

  • I am unable to finish due to unforseen circumstances.
